Born & raised in a Mennonite Colony in Paraguay, my family moved to Canada when I was 10 years old where I learned my 2nd language. My passion for travel started in 2003 when I joined my 1st cruise ship as Guest Services Officer with Royal Caribbean on Enchantment of the Seas in July 2003. My 10-year career with Royal Caribbean in 7 different positions, totaling 17 ships gave me invaluable knowledge & experience. My final 6 years onboard were spent as the Future Cruise Manager helping guest plan their future cruises.

The following 6 years on land as a Travel Advisor led me to an opportunity to work for Silversea Cruises – luxury brand – as Future Cruise Manager. Throughout those 3 years I had the opportunity to complete 4 Grand Voyages & visit many new ports/cities & countries. Retiring from Silversea in July 2022 has allowed me to take my 13 years ship life experience, + 6 years land-based experience to open my own Travel Agency, Cruise Help Inc.
